PM OF AMERICA, INC. ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT WITH NEW SENSOR - July 17, 2003
You may be wondering about the new logo...
Because of a recent settlement with the New Sensor Corporation, PM of America, Inc. and the SED SPb factory in St. Petersburg, Russia have decided to re-brand their tubes in the United States and Canada with the new logo as seen on the "About The Logo" page on this website.
This logo consists of the factory "Winged C" logo and the establishment date of 1912. Our tubes are now known as SED Tubes.

PM OF AMERICA, INC. SIGNS FACTORY DIRECT AGREEMENT - February 22, 2003
PM of America, Inc. is proud to announce that our factory direct relationship with the SED SPb factory is in place. In order to decrease lead times and increase the SED SPb factory's knowledge of market demand, PM of America, Inc. has penned a direct relationship with the SED SPb factory.
